The kids are climbing the walls and destroying your house. You want to get them out of the house, but where do you take them? Well, this week we’re highlighting a few fun things in the area to spend a fun afternoon.
STORY TIME! 📚 Chevalier’s Books, LA’s oldest independent bookstore on Larchmont Boulevard offers Story Time.

The La Brea Tar Pits is always a fun destination where kids can learn about how animals became trapped in tar, see exhibits about the Ice Age, and take an excavator tour to see what the scientists are up to.
LA County Museum of Art (LACMA) has A LOT of fun stuff for kids and adults…a lot to see and plenty to do. 😊 Don’t miss the Boone Children’s Gallery for painting and story time.
And don’t forget to stop in at Ray’s and Stark Bar for yummy snacks and a cocktail to soothe your nerves. It’s also very dog friendly. 🐶
